Paper or plastic mailer — which should I choose?
Paper kraft mailers suit brands pushing recyclability and unboxing feel; film mailers are cheaper, waterproof and lighter for long-haul e-commerce. Many customers use paper for retail orders and film for wholesale shipments.
Can the mailer hold 2 kg safely?
Yes, with a 120–150 gsm kraft body and a double-glued seam. Tell us the packed weight and we will specify the paper weight and seam type.
Do you print variable data such as order numbers?
Yes — we can reserve a blank panel or print numbered/QR areas in the same run.
